Buzzirk Mobile and Global Verge have joined forces to allow Global Verge members to sell Buzzirk Mobile phones and calling plans through their network marketing company. This is causing quite a stir in the MLM communitiy.
Buzzirk Mobile launched in the gifting suite at the 2006 Emmy Awards. This company is the first of its kind, offering unlimited minutes for talk, texting, internet, all for one price, with no surprise fees. There is also no long term contract to sign, it is a month to month contract.
Global Verge and Buzzirk Mobile are mandating that resellers have passed a test, and that their websites are compliant with all federal regulations. The websites that are not found to be compliant are getting some serious cease and desist emails.
Global Verge?s infrastructure took a serious hit in June 2009, when their customer service line was overwhelmed, their credit cards weren?t getting processed, and no updates to e-associates member accounts took effect. The company has been scrambling to get new partners in place.
These problems and the Buzzirk Mobile and Global Verge pairing have caused quite a lot of noise in the whole MLM industry. Many are waiting to see if this young company can handle what they’ve set out to do.
Global Verge e-associates may discover that though the VoIP product is hot right now, selling on the internet can be rough. They may find out their company doesn’t do a very good job of training them how to sell successfully.
The fundamentals of marketing are seldom taught in the training courses offered by network marketing companies. If members knew just a little more about marketing, they could run circles around the rest of the people in their organization.
You may be tempted by the Buzzirk Mobile and Global Verge offering, but my advice is stay away if you aren’t already a member. Go get a marketing education, and then make the choice of what company to promote.
